What is Move With PCOS
Move With PCOS is a meal planning and wellness website created for women with PCOS in the Philippines.
Our goal is simple: to make PCOS nutrition easier to understand, easier to follow, and more realistic for everyday Filipino life.
Many women with PCOS are told to “eat healthier” without being given clear examples of what that actually looks like. Most meal plans online are also based on foods that are expensive, hard to find locally, or difficult to fit into a normal routine.
Move With PCOS was created to help fill that gap.
Why We Started
PCOS affects many women in the Philippines, including people close to us. We’ve seen how frustrating and emotional it can be to deal with symptoms, confusing advice, and the feeling that your concerns are not always fully understood.
To be transparent, the founder of Move With PCOS is not a doctor, dietitian, or woman with PCOS. He is someone with over 10 years of personal experience in fitness, bodybuilding, nutrition, and weight management, and he started this website after wanting to better understand PCOS and support the women in his life.
That personal reason turned into a bigger mission: to create a helpful resource for Filipino women looking for practical, research-informed nutrition guidance.
What We Create
Move With PCOS focuses on PCOS-friendly meal ideas, Filipino food swaps, grocery guides, and simple nutrition tips that may support better energy, balanced meals, and healthier lifestyle habits.
Our content is based on publicly available research, credible medical resources, expert input when available, and practical nutrition experience. We also work with nutrition professionals to review selected content for accuracy and clarity.
We do our best to explain things in a way that feels clear, useful, and realistic.
Our Approach
We believe PCOS support should feel less overwhelming.
That means sharing information that is:
easy to understand
practical for Filipino meals and budgets
based on credible sources
reviewed and updated when needed
honest about what food can and cannot do
Nutrition can play a helpful role in managing PCOS, but it is only one part of care. Our content is for educational purposes and should not replace advice from a doctor, registered nutritionist-dietitian, or licensed healthcare professional.
We’re Glad You’re Here
Move With PCOS exists for women who want clearer, more practical guidance without having to figure everything out alone.
We’re here to keep learning, keep improving, and keep creating resources that make PCOS nutrition feel more manageable.
